Ministers, members of the working group for reviewing the bylaws of the Law on Targeting Subsidies in the meeting dated 02/21/2011, based on the joint proposal of the Ministries of Commerce, Industries, Mines, Economic Affairs and Finance and based on Article (6) of the Law on Targeting Subsidies - approved in 2009 - Executive Regulations Article (6) of the said law was approved as follows:
